At Bisou Bangkok, we take pride in offering modern French cuisine that blends traditional techniques with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Antoine, chef and co-owner, trained in Paris and having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, brings years of knowledge and experience to your table. With a passion for food and an eye for detail, Antoine will take you on a memorable journey through France.

Each dish is crafted to showcase the best of French gastronomy while incorporating subtle Japanese influencescreating a unique dining experience.

Our "specials" menu changes every month to ensure we always serve the finest and freshest ingredients available. Complementing our cuisine is our impressive wine cellar, curated by the co-owner Theo, a former sommelier from Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris. Our cellar boasts one of the best wine selections in Bangkok, featuring both classic vintages and exciting new discoveries.

Having traveled the world and now calling Asia home, Antoine and Theo combine their extensive knowledge and experience to create a truly unique menu and dining concept. Bisou offers an intimate and thoughtfully designed environment where every detail matters, from the arty venue to the carefully selected wines to the artfully presented dishes.

We're a team of 34 food and wine enthusiasts bringing French flavors to Bangkok. Co-owners Antoine and Théo combine their Michelin-star experience as chef and sommelier to create our unique dining concept.

Manon, who used to own a Michelin-starred restaurant in

Switzerland, leads our kitchen alongside Antoine. Louis, our

cocktail expert from Paris's top bars, curates our drink selection with Théo.
